In these perilous times, there is uncertainty and fear. How should we act? How do we cope? We should always go to God's Word for guidance. Like many churches, my home church, Houston Lake Baptist Church, had a video sermon today. It was called "How to Stay Calm in a Crisis." It was a great illustration of an acute crisis experienced by the Disciples and how the Master dispelled their fear in the midst of the storm. A message for us all that is supremely relevant in times such as these. Go to this link (or click on the Houston Lake Baptist Church liink on the home page) and click on sermons to view this great message. God Bless! www.houstonlakebaptistchurch.org.

For such times as these, we should especially be in prayer for our leaders. Here is a strong prayer you can incorporate in your daily prayers. It was forwarded to me from one of the Fair storytellers. Not sure where he got it, but it is worth using and passing on to others.
A Prayer for Our Leaders Dear God, All authority is Yours, but You have given authority to leaders to protect and guide us. Today, we ask that You would give all our leaders wisdom, discernment, strength, and resolve. Keep them healthy, safe, and rested so that they can continue to guide us through this troubling time. Give our government leaders wisdom about what needs to be done to stop the virus and stabilize our economy. Give our spiritual leaders Your discernment on how to meet people’s needs as they continue to glorify Your name and encourage the Church. Give our medical leaders insight into how to stop the virus. Strengthen their resolve and honor their hard work in creating a treatment for COVID-19. Give our civic leaders inspiration, courage, joy, and strength to meet the needs of their communities. And help us, as leaders in our communities, to display courage, hope, generosity, and kindness. Would the way we honor others inspire those around us. In Jesus’ Name, Amen. Here is a report on the Port St. Lucie Fair in Florida from soul winner Ray Dunn.
Dear Friends, Many people stopped by to encourage us at the Saint Lucie County Fair Tent Ministry, February 28 through March 8, 2020. One man said he heard me tell him the story last year and he said it made such a difference in his life and he and his family have been going to church ever since. I was telling a 12-year-old boy the story when his phone rang. He answered and said, "Mom, I'm at church where they tell the story." He also prayed to receive Christ. The team shared the wordless book with 2266 people in our 10X20 foot tent, and 1097 prayed to receive Christ. Praise the Lord! We had seven out-of-town workers and sixteen story-tellers from our church, Liberty Baptist Church, sharing the good news from the wordless book. We gave out 15 cases of KJV Bibles of 24 each and 3 cases of KJV New Testaments of 100 each along with much follow-up material. All in all we had a great fair. Pray ye the LORD of the harvest that the seed sown might be nurtured and grow in the hearts of the new believers. Praise His Holy Name! Maranatha, Ray Dunn Please be in prayer for our ministry team as we go to The Bridge Church on the 15th of March during the Sunday school hour. I will hold an information session. This is the second such class I have held this year. Pray the Bridge church will have our team back to do a training soon and that many people will sign up for that training. Pray it will be informative, effective and powerful for the growth of the ministry.
From Tom Red, a Faithful Foot soldier for the LORD! Praying For God to give the increase and for all storytellers to have strong voices and keep the main thing the Main thing! Sharing the Gospel.

Brothers and Sisters in Christ, Thank you for your prayers. 5119 adults, teens and children heard the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ at the Florida State Fair. 2025 prayed to receive Christ as their Savior. Pray for the Holy Spirit to bring them into Bible believing churches to be discipled.
