The 2019 GA National Fair is complete!
Time for prep for next year!

Over 4000 people heard the Gospel Story at the 2019 Georgia National Fair Wordless Book Tent Ministry. 1022 made professions of faith! What a blessing! Thanks to those who the dedicated storytellers who volunteered their time to man the tent and use their voices to obey our Lord's command to spread His Gospel to the "ends of the earth." Also, many thanks to those behind the scene who helped make the 2019 Fair a success. Many people provided food for the workers. Also, several Perry, GA businesses provided food which was heartily consumed by the hungry workers!

How does the Fair Ministry Tent Work?

The 2020 Georgia National Fair is October 8th--18th. To effectively equip the Wordless Book Tent each year, here is what is needed for volunteers.

8 Stations inside (8 storytellers), three shifts a day, = 24 x 10 (days of the fair) = 240 workers!
Out front, People to invite fair-goers inside. 2 - 3 (fresh voices) each shift = 60 workers!

For Spanish speaking volunteers, I need at least one worker each shift. Three a day x 10 = 30 workers. In addition, one outside each shift for = 10 workers.

Usually the weekends are my biggest need for Spanish workers. Its hard to know when is the best time, so we must be ready all the time!

As you can see, The Wordless Book Tent is a huge production. I am simply the coordinator. For the ministry to be successful, I need people who are concerned for the lost of this world to share the Gospel. If you are looking for a way to reach the lost and experience mass evangelizing, Please sign up to work. The training is free; however, you need to contact me to get a training set up. Check on this site for trainings already scheduled. I do offer training year round except during the fair, of course.

Have You Heard the Story?

Picture
Well, have you? If you've been to the Georgia State Fair recently, chances are you have. Once a year, a meek little tent is set up at the fairgrounds and filled with people ready to tell The Story. So, what exactly is it? "The Story," as we call it, is much more than just a story. It is the Way, It is the Truth and It is the life (John 14:6). It is the reason we are here and the most important thing.  We are talking about God, the creator, and His plan of salvation for mankind. (John 3:16)
If you are someone who wants to know "The Story," you can read all about it. If you are someone looking to get involved in this ministry, browse around and see how you can get involved!
